Yes, of course. If you are buying a box and your dog doesn't like a couple of the items as much as others then just drop us a note in the Special Instructions section and we'll happily substitute the unwanted items for more favourable ones.
All of our treats have a long shelf life, they will be good up to 6-12 months. All of our treats do say the BBD date on their packaging.
They are best stored in an air tight container for maximum freshness.
We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery partner.
If you select the standard delivery option then your order will be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service - the delivery aim is 48 hours and you can track the order all the way.
We strive to get all orders sent out the same or next day at the latest.
